Cyanicula - the blue orchids, are a group of about ten orchids previously placed in Caladenia. Recently, C. deformis has been reclassified and is now known as Pheladenia deformis. Most specimens have blue flowers - there is one yellow (C. ixioides) and one white (C. ixioides subsp candida - not pictured here.) With the exception of C. ixioides, they are widespread across the south-west of Western Australia.
